We specialize in providing wooden keychain attachments infused with pheromones for pet collars, designed to deter certain wildlife. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our Products. 1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using our Products, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Products. 2. Product Use and Safety 2.1. Our Products are intended for use with pet collars. Proper application and use are the responsibility of the user. 2.2. The Products are designed to offer an additional deterrent against wildlife. However, their effectiveness is not guaranteed, and encounters with wildlife such as coyotes and bobcats may still occur. 2.3. Regularly check your pet for any signs of discomfort, irritation, or allergic reactions. 3. Limitation of Liability 3.1. Pheropaw, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors are not liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, any losses of animal or human life, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. 3.2. The use of our Products is solely at your own risk. This non-liability applies even if Pheropaw has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions not allowing the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 4. 12.
